hahnel Tuff TTL Flash Trigger For Nikon Cameras

About this item

Built to Last: Hähnel Tuff TTL Wireless Trigger for Nikon In the world of professional photography, gear needs to withstand the rigors of the field. The Hähnel Tuff TTL is the first wireless trigger engineered with a “tough-first” philosophy. Every transmitter and receiver is encased in a heavy-duty, orange rubberized armor that absorbs impacts and protects the internal electronics from the drops and bumps common on busy sets or outdoor locations. For Nikon photographers, this means you can focus on your creative vision without worrying about the fragility of your wireless sync. Seamless i-TTL Integration and Range The Tuff TTL doesn’t just offer protection; it offers precision. It fully supports Nikon’s sophisticated i-TTL system, allowing your camera to calculate the perfect flash power automatically. This makes it an ideal tool for wedding and event photographers who need to move quickly through changing light. With a massive 200-meter range, this trigger system allows for creative lighting placements—such as hiding a flash deep in a landscape or at the back of a large ballroom—without losing connection. Reliable 2.4GHz Digital Connection Utilizing the 2.4GHz frequency band, the Tuff TTL provides a stable, interference-free connection that is not limited by line-of-sight. Unlike optical triggers, this radio-based system works through walls, around corners, and in bright midday sun. The transmitter and receiver are paired to ensure that only your camera triggers your flash, avoiding interference from other photographers’ equipment. Both units are powered by standard AA batteries, ensuring you can easily find power anywhere in the world. Versatile Mounting and Future-Proofing The Tuff TTL is designed to integrate perfectly with your existing support gear. The receiver features a integrated 1/4″-20 tripod thread on its base, allowing you to mount your flash securely to light stands or brackets without additional adapters. To ensure your gear stays current with the latest camera technology, both the transmitter and receiver feature a mini-USB port for easy firmware updates. Durable, long-reaching, and smart, the Hähnel Tuff TTL is the definitive choice for the Nikon photographer who needs lighting gear as tough as their assignments.
