About this item

Professional Lighting in Your Pocket: Aputure AL-M9 Amaran The Aputure AL-M9 Amaran proves that you don’t need a bulky setup to achieve professional lighting results. This pocket-sized powerhouse is engineered for the modern creator, offering a daylight-balanced (5500K) source that seamlessly blends with natural light. Its slim profile makes it the perfect “hidden” light for practical effects on a film set, or a reliable constant light source for mobile journalists and vloggers who need to stay agile. True-to-Life Color Representation In the world of beauty and commercial photography, color integrity is paramount. The AL-M9 boasts a Color Rendering Index (CRI) and Television Lighting Consistency Index (TLCI) of 95 or higher. This ensures that skin tones look natural, textures are sharp, and product colors remain vibrant and accurate, saving you significant time in post-production. The included diffusion and CTO/CTB filters allow you to further soften the light or adjust the color temperature to match ambient indoor lighting. Integrated Power and Versatility Forget about carrying spare batteries; the AL-M9 features a built-in 1800mAh lithium-ion battery that provides up to 1.5 hours of runtime at maximum brightness and up to 13 hours at the minimum setting. It charges conveniently via a standard Micro-USB port, allowing you to power up using a laptop, car charger, or power bank. Its 9-step dimming system is controlled by simple “+” and “-” buttons, giving you tactile and immediate control over your exposure. Limitless Mounting Possibilities Despite its small footprint, the AL-M9 is built for serious work. It comes with a flexible cold shoe adapter that features a 1/4″-20 thread, allowing it to be mounted on a camera hot shoe, a light stand, or even a gimbal. Because it is so lightweight, it can also be easily taped or tucked into tight corners where larger lights simply cannot fit. From run-and-gun interviews to intricate macro photography, the Aputure AL-M9 is the versatile lighting solution that fits every gear bag.
