A title someone would actually search for
A customer searching does not know your shelf codes. They type what the thing is.
The shape of a good title
What it is, then who makes it, then the detail that distinguishes it. "Olive wood serving board, 30cm" beats "Handcrafted artisanal board — ref 4471".
Put the obvious words in
Material, size, colour, quantity. These feel too plain to write down and they are exactly what people search. If you sell a 500g bag of coffee, the words "500g" and "coffee" both need to be in there.
The description
Three or four short lines. What it is, what it is made of, what size or quantity, and anything a customer would otherwise message you to ask. If you answer the same question twice by message, it belongs in the description.
Do not
Write in capitals. Repeat the title three times with different punctuation. Promise a delivery time — that is not yours to promise.
